The creation of $\mathrm{NaCN}$ serves as the foundation for Lassaigne's test. Since hydrazine 

$\left({\mathrm{NH}}_2{\mathrm{NH}}_2\right)$  does not include carbon, it is unable to produce $\mathrm{NaCN}$ during Na fusion, and as a result, it does not produce blue colour. The remaining three substances (aniline, glycine, and urea) all contain the C and N necessary for the production of NaCN and, as a result, are blue in colour.
