The conditions to get rainbow 
i) sun rays should incident on water droplets with angle of incidence nearly $90°$
ii) rain fall should take place opposite to the sun
iii) sun rays should incident on water droplets with angle of incidence less than $90°$
iv) rain fall should take place on the same side of the sun
