The Congress of Vienna was hosted by Duke Metternich.
The Treaty of Vienna of 1815 was drafted by delegates to erase most of the changes in Europe during the Napoleonic Wars. The Vienna Congress, established in Vienna from November 1814 to June 1815 by Austrian politician Klemens Wenzel von Metternich, was a convention of European state ambassadors. Still, the delegates assembled and started negotiations in September 1814. The Treaty of Vienna of 1815 was drafted to undo many of the changes implemented in Europe during the Napoleonic Wars.
