Switzerland did not attend the Congress of Vienna.
The Congress of Vienna in 1815 was attended by the representatives of European power- Britain, Russia, Prussia, and Austria. These four European powers defeated Napoleon, and after the overthrow of Napoleon, they all met in Vienna to draw a settlement for Europe. Austrian Chancellor Duke Metternich hosted the Congress of Vienna, and the Treaty of Vienna of 1815 was signed, stating to undo all the changes brought in Europe by Napoleon.
