Detailed Solution

The Congress session was held in 1920 where the resolution to pass the Non-Cooperation Movement was passed at Nagpur.
Gandhi stated in his internationally regarded book "Hind Swaraj" that any British rule in India would fall apart if they stopped cooperating. He then planned a strategy through the "Non-Cooperation Movement," approved by Congress in Nagpur in 1920. People would boycott the civil service, army, courts, and other government institutions, as well as honorary titles and jobs of the British government. In addition, imported items were preferred above those made in the United States. The movement was adequate, but it did not retain a Gandhian character due to various ideas among the people.
