The correct increasing order of reactivity of carbonyl compounds towards nucleophilic addition reaction

Rate of carbonyl compounds $\infty \frac{1}{+\mathrm{I} \mathrm{effect} \mathrm{and} \mathrm{steric} \mathrm{hindrance}}$

More is the presence of alkyl group, +I effect increases which decreases the polarity. Also more hindered is carbonyl carbon atom, less will be the rate of the reaction.
