If any molecule has inter molecular hydrogen bonding, then the boiling point of that molecule increased and it makes that the substance has less volatile. Primary amine ( 1° amine  ) has strong intermolecular H-bonding because it forms more number of hydrogen bonding with other molecules. Secondary amine ( 2°amine ) has a weak intermolecular H-bonding since there are less number of hydrogen atoms are present in 2°amine . Finally, tertiary amine ( 3 °amine  ) do not form intermolecular H-bonding due to lack H atoms in it. Thus, the correct order of boiling point is 1° amine> 2 °amine >3° amine
