Detailed Solution

Rate of hydrolysis of the given molecules depends on the steric crowding around the central atom. If the central atom is surrounded with a lot of atoms, then water molecule face steric crowing while approaching towards the central atom, therefore the rate of hydrolysis gets decreases. If the atomic size of the central element is high, then the rate of hydrolysis gets increases because, then water molecule can approach towards the central atom.

In SF6, six fluorine atoms are surrounded by the S atom and do not allow water molecules to interact with the S atom. TeF6 has the highest rate of hydrolysis because of large size of Te. Size of Se is more than S, therefore rate of hydrolysis of SeF6 is more than SF6.
