The correct sequence of PCR

In the technique of Polymerase Chain Reaction, the various steps are separation of two strands of DNA of a gene by subjecting to high temperature (denaturation), attachment of DNA primers of two types to the separated strands, elongating the DNA primers by Taq. DNA polymerase (extension) and repeating these three steps several times to obtain millions of copies of the gene (Amplification).
