Detailed Solution

The death of men of working age in Europe because of the World war reduced the able-bodied workforce in Europe, leading to a steady decline in household incomes.
20 million people were injured, and 9 million died during the First World War. Most of those slain and hurt were males who were of working age. The world war and the deaths brought on by these machines decreased Europe's labour force. Because fewer people were living in each family after the war, household earnings fell precipitously. While the men engaged in combat, women began to perform tasks previously performed by men.The entire civilisation underwent a revamp. The entire industry was reorganised to create items connected to the war solely. The conflict caused the severing of economic ties between some of the world's biggest economic forces.
