Detailed Solution

The death of men of working age in Europe because of World War II reduced the able-bodied workforce in Europe, leading to a steady decline in household incomes. World War I was fought in industrialised countries. The First Industrial War was also known as World War I. The magnitude of death and destruction was unprecedented. As a result of the First World War, 20 million people were injured, and 9 million died. Because the majority of those killed and injured were men of working age, the war lowered household income. There have never been such a large number of war casualties before industrial weapons. This war enlisted millions of fighters from all around the world. These men were transported to the front lines of fighting using trains and ships. Aircraft, tanks, machine guns, chemical weapons, and other weaponry were used during the First World War. These weaponry and battle platforms were developed with the assistance of modern large-scale businesses.
