The deposition of which substance is not seen in the cell wall of simple, living mechanical tissue?

The collenchyma constitutes the living mechanical tissue. It consists of cells whose cell walls are much thickened at the corners due to  deposition of cellulose, hemicellulose and pectin. Lignin deposition is found in sclerenchyma and tracheary elements but not in  collenchyma.
