Let R be the radius of the Earth.
We know that the gravitational acceleration is then  g=GMR2
The radius is now 0.9R, which is a 10% decrease.
As a result, the new gravitational acceleration is g'=GM(0.9R)2
g'=g(0.9)2
As a result, the increase in acceleration due to gravity is expressed as a g'-g=g(1(0.9)2-1)
Percentage increase =g'-gg×100
Or, Percentage increase =23.45%
