Operating time in a day, t=10h
Now, for the month of June there are 30 days.
Therefore,
Total time of fan used is given by:
30×10⇒300h
Total amount of energy consumed is given by:
80×300 watt⇒24000 watt⇒24 Kilowatt hours
We know that,
1KWh=1 unit
∴24KWh=24 unit
Cost of 1 unit=Rs 3.00
Therefore, cost of 24 unit=(24×3) Rs.
∴24 unit=72Rs.
