Detailed Solution

Hitler passed the Enabling Act in 1933.
Through the Enabling Act of 1933, the German Chancellor, Adolf Hitler, received all powers to sideline Parliament. This act banned political parties and trade unions, except for the Nazi party. Moreover, he could pass new laws that helped to establish his authoritarian regime in Germany. He could do so without the interference or involvement of the German President and the Parliament, the Reichstag. Eventually, the Constitution of the Weimar Republic was also disbanded. Moreover, it resulted in the Nazification of Germany.
