Rewriting the equations, we get,
2x-3y+5=0........(1)
-4x+6y-10=0.........(2)
Comparing the coefficients from (1) and (2)gives,

a1a2=-12, b1b2=-12, c1c2=-12
a1a2=b1b2=c1c2
