Detailed Solution

The exchange of goods with goods is called a barter system.
Under the barter exchange system, people exchange commodities they want to purchase for the commodities they want to sell. The common commodities used in barter exchange were food grains, sugarcane, etc. For example, in a barter economy, if a vegetable vendor has to purchase 1 kg of sugar, he must search for a person willing to sell 1 kg of sugar to the vegetable vendor by taking vegetables from him. However, it is difficult to measure the exact value of 1 kg of sugar so that the vegetables can be purchased at the same price as the sugar.
