The fencing of a square garden is 32m in length. How long is one side of the garden?

The length of Fencing around the square garden = 32m.

The equation of  perimeter of square = 4 × Side = 4×a

Fencing is done along the side , That is along the perimeter of the square .

So , 32m is the perimeter of the given Square.

32 = 4×a

∴ Side (a) of the square garden = 8m.
