Rhoeo leaf cells are used in this plasmolysis experiment because the cell sap is coloured and it is visibly cleared under the microscope.
Slide is used to hold objects for examination under a microscope.
Microscope is the instrument used for seen the microorganisms. It magnifies the size of the object under view.
