We know that,

Mode =l+f-f12f-f1-f2×h

Where, l lower limit of the modal class

f frequency of the modal class

f1frequency of the class preceding the modal class

f2 frequency of the class succeeding the modal class

=12+17-934-9-12×4

 Mode =12+813×4
