Both ${CO}_{2}$ compensation point and ${CO}_{2}$ saturation point are high for $C_{3}$ plants and low for $C_{4}$ plants.
${CO}_{2}$ compensation point : It is the point where rate of photosynthesis become equal to the rate of respiration (NPP is zero).
${CO}_{2}$ compensation point for $C_{4}$ plants is 0-10 ppm.
${CO}_{2}$ compensation point for $C_{3}$ plants is 25-100 ppm.
