The force of gravitation between two bodies does not depend on the sum of their masses.
“Universal gravitational law states that attractive force between two bodies of mass m1 and m2 which are kept at a distance d from each other is directly proportional to the product of masses and it is inversely proportional to the square of the distance in which they are kept.”
i.e., F α m1 m2  and F α 1d2
or, combining these, we may write, F=Gm1 m2d2
where, G is the gravitational constant.
So, from this, we get that the force of gravitation does not depend on the sum of the masses of the bodies.
