A preliminary assembly that constituted the liberal German, called this meeting in the Church of St. Paul, which was situated in the city of Frankfurt. They held this meeting and named it the Frankfurt Parliament in 1848. The objective of the meeting was to overcome the liberal situation which was prevailing in Germany.
