The frequency of a source of sound is 100 Hz. Then the number of vibrations produced in 1  minute is 6000 vibrations.
Frequency is the number of vibrations produced per second by the vibrating body.
Given the frequency of the body 100 Hz, it produces 100 vibrations per second 
Then the number of vibrations produced in 1 min (60sec) = 60 × 100
= 6000
Hence 6000 vibrations will produce in 1 minute.
