Detailed Solution

The Gandhi-Irwin Pact was signed between Gandhi and Lord Irwin.
Before the Second Round Table Conference, on March 5, 1931, in London, Mahatma Gandhi and Lord Irwin signed the Gandhi-Irwin Pact on behalf of the INC and the British government.
