Detailed Solution

Given: Radius (R) of the bigger cylinder = 8 cm

Height (H) of the bigger cylinder = 28 cm

Radius (r) of the smaller cylinder = 3 cm

Height (h) of the smaller cylinder = 7 cm

Volume of the given bottle = Volume of the bigger cylinder + Volume of the smaller cylinder

=πR2H+πr2h

=πR2H+r2h

=227×82×28+32×7

=227×(1792+63)

=5830 cm3

Thus, the volume of the bottle is 5830 cm3.
