Mid-point theorem states, "The line segment joining the mid-points of any two sides of a triangle is parallel to the third side and is half of it."

Therefore,

AC=12QR and CB=12PQ

12×AC×CB=25 cm2

Hence, AC × CB = 50 cm2

12QR12PQ=50 cm2

PQ × QR = 200 cm2
