Detailed Solution

The Gollas herded cattle.
In the dry central plateau of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, dotted with stones and grass, goat, cattle, and sheep herders resided. Among those, the Gollas were cattle herders. They made several odd trades, cultivated small land patches, and cared for their herds while living close to the woods. As with mountain pastoralists, their seasonal movements were not dictated by summer and winter. Instead, they moved according to the arrival and departure of the dry and monsoon season. They migrated to coastal tracts when the dry season was around the corner and returned to the plateau when the rains came.
