The graph shown in figure 1 shows the velocity v versus time t for a body. Which of the graphs shown in options figure represents the corresponding acceleration versus time graphs 

The slope of v-t graph is constant and negative for first half and velocity is decreasing, therefore acceleration is negative in first half.
The slope of v-t graph is positive and constant, therefore acceleration is positive in second half.
