Cerio ammonium nitrate $\left({\left({\mathrm{NH}}_4\right)}_2\mathrm{Ce}{\left({\mathrm{NO}}_3\right)}_6\right)$ it is used for the test of alcohol, as it gives red colour solution indicating the presence of alcohol.

 Molisch's Reagent
It is used for the test of carbohydrate which gives violet ring in the presence of concentrated ${\mathrm{H}}_2{\mathrm{SO}}_4$

Bromine Water.
It is used for the unsaturation, which decolourises the browine water solution.
