Detailed Solution

The group that benefited the most from the French Revolution was the Lower middle classes and the Peasants.
Peasants were the most significant section of people of the third estate. The revolution led to the end of the feudal system. Hence all the laws of the old feudal regime became legally invalid, which benefited the most to the peasant class. The revolution improved the position of the lower middle classes and enhanced the role of workers and artisans. The middle class or bourgeoisie, comprised of the educated class such as; teachers, doctors, writers, lawyers, judges; etc., also benefited from the revolution, and for the first time in history, all the classes workers, peasants, and other propertied classes in French Society granted with equal political rights in 1792.
