Detailed Solution

Concept-  A bundle of nodal fibers known as the bundle of His (AV bundle) originates from the AVN and exits on the highest point of the interventricular septum after passing through the atrioventricular septa. After that, it is separated into a right and left bundle.
Because the nodal musculature is auto-excitable, it can produce action potentials without outside stimulation. An impulse is a brief occurrence in which the electrical membrane potential of a cell rapidly increases and falls. Even though all of the center muscle cells can produce the electrical impulses that induce heart contraction, the SAN is the one to start it since it produces the most action potential, 70–75 per minut, of any center muscle cell. The sino-atrial node preserves the center's capacity for the rhythmic contract.
Hence, the correct option is 2.
