height = 15 cm

Total surface area = 2πr(r + h)

= $2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7 (7+15)$

= $2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7\times 22$

= 968 cm² 

Hence, the total surface area is 968 cm².
