Detailed Solution

The Indian Constitution gives religious sects the right to establish their institutions and schools.
It also gives them non-priority financial assistance. The right of minorities to form and run educational institutions is stated in Article 30 of the Indian Constitution. On December 8, 1948, Article 30 was adopted. The sum for purchasing property for any educational institution founded by minority groups is fixed under Article 30(1A). According to Article 30(2), when providing aid, the government may not treat any educational institution differently because a minority runs it because of their religion or language.
