Detailed Solution

The Indian National Congress session at Nagpur was held in December 1920.
The continuation of the Non-Cooperation movement was approved in the session. The Congress underwent a significant transition when it changed its purpose from achieving self-government by constitutional means to achieving swaraj through peaceful and legal methods, committing itself to an extra constitutional popular uprising. A 15-person Congress Working Committee (CWC) was established to oversee the Indian National Congress moving forward. Linguistic-based provincial congress committees were formed. Ward committees were set up. Gandhi predicted that swaraj would be established in a year if the Non-Cooperation movement was fully carried out.
