Detailed Solution

In 1867, the Indian Sarais Act came in. This law states that anyone can request water and use the restroom or washroom in any hotel, regardless of whether it has seven stars. Before India gained independence from the British, the law had already been passed. Every person residing in the country is entitled to the basic rights of access to water and the ability to use the restroom or washroom. The protection of peoples' liberties is also guaranteed by the right to life, sometimes known as the protection of life and personal liberty (Article 21).
