Induced emf is generated due to change in flux linked.

 W.K.T. (flux) ϕ=B¯A¯=BAcosθ
 flux is changed either B (or) A (or) θ (angle between B&A ) varies with time when

B changes ϕ=BAcosθ,Acosθ= constant

emf=dϕdt=dBdtA ..case(i)

 When A changes emf =BdAdt .....case(ii)

 When θ changes, emf=BAdcosθdt

So, in the given question in A & B there are no changes in the above factors.

In C & D we had case (ii) & case (iii) as discussed above

 emf is generated  in option C & D only.
