Detailed Solution

Given: inner diameter, d1=  24 cm, and outer diameter, d2 = 28 cm.

Inner radius, r1 = d1/ 2 = 24/2 = 12cm

Outer radius, r2 = d2/ 2 = 28/2 = 14 cm

Height of pipe, h = 35 cm

Using formula for volume of pipe = π(r22-r12)h

We have, the volume of pipe = 22/7 × (14 - 12) ×35

110 × 52 = 5720 cm3
