Kinetic energy will be 100 J when its velocity is doubled.
Given:
The kinetic energy of an object (K.E) =25 J
The velocity of the object (v) =5 ms-1
Mass of the object = m
Formula used for kinetic energy
K.=12mv2
For the mass of the object
 K.=12mv2
 25 = 12×m×52
 50 =25 m
 m = 2 kg
When velocity is doubled,
v= 2×5 ms-1 = 10 ms-1 and m = 2 kg
So
 K.= 12mv2
 K.= 12×2×102
 K.= 100 J
So it's kinetic energy is 100 J when its velocity is doubled.
