The kinetic friction is always 

A) Less than static friction 

B) Greater than rolling friction

The force required to overcome the initial force is more compared to force required to move the body. So kinetic friction is less then the static friction offered by the body.

Rolling resistance is usually less than static friction because the surface of contact is very very small in real life so the net normal force is also small and not enough like the static friction.
