Detailed Solution

Given that LCM and HCF of two numbers are 180 and 6 respectively with one of the number is 30.
The smallest positive number that is a multiple of two or more numbers is the LCM of a given number.
The largest or greatest factor that any two numbers have in common is called the HCF.
The product of two number’s HCF and LCM is the same as the product of the two numbers themselves.
Let x be the second number.
LCM×HCF=product of numbers 180×6=30×x
   x= 180×6 30 x=36
Thus, the second number is 36.
Hence the correct option is 4.
