Square side = 12.5 cm
Now, perimeter of square,

P = 4 \times (side of square)

P = 4 \times 12.5

P = 50 cm

Here,
perimeter of square = perimeter of rectangle

50 cm = 2 (length + breadth)

50 cm = 2 (16 + breadth)

16 + breadth = 25

breadth = 9 cm

So, rectangles area,

A = length \times breadth

A = 16 \times 9
