height of the altitude is 10 cm
length of the one diagonals is 26 cm
area of Rhombus=

length of side \times length of altitude

area of Rhombus=

65 c m^{2}

Area of Rhombus=

1 / 2 \times diagnol 1 \times diagonal 2

Putting the values, we get
Area of Rhombus=13 X diagonal 2
Comparing both the area, we get

65 = 13 \times diagonal 2

length of diagonal 2 is 5 cm
