Detailed Solution

The limitations of the Civil Disobedience Movement were seen in 1932.
The Civil Disobedience Movement was also limited, such as people not participating wholeheartedly for many reasons. However, the communities like Hindu Mahasabha, Muslim League, and Dalits association were formed on a religious basis. But the Indian National Congress ignored the Dalits because of the fear of offending the upper-class conservative Hindus. The INC also did not consider the Muslims because of the objection of Hindu Mahasabha. Consequently, most Dalits did not participate in The Civil Disobedience Movement because of discrimination. The Muslim league had their own opinion, which did not match Hindu Mahasabha. The working class did not participate in the movement due to the closeness of INC with the industrialists.
