Magnetic field lines go from one end of a pole to the other. Magnetic lines of force are crowded at the north and south poles.

This indicates that the magnetic strength of a bar magnet is maximum at both poles.
It is the same for every magnet, every magnet will have maximum attractive properties at the poles( at both the north and south poles).
