Detailed Solution

The meaning of Muvendar was the three chiefs.
The meaning of Muvendar was the three chiefs who were the head of three ruling families, namely pandas, Cholas, and Cheras. These ruling families were showing their authority in the regions of present-day Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, and Kerala. They became powerful around 2300 years ago. Most of the southern half of the subcontinent of India was marked by a long coastline which became a favorable condition for traders to come into India with the help of sea routes. Apart from the long coastline, the southern region also has the riverine valley in the form of the Cauvery river, which facilitated the kings' growth economically.
