The ascending order of the numbers are given by,

According to the condition, if the number 26 is replaced by 62, then new median becomes as-
The ascending order of the numbers is 17, 29, 32, 33, 34, 45, 56, 60, 62.
If n is odd, then median is the value of n+1 2 th   term.
Here, n=9  , median is the value of 5th term.
Median =34  
The value of median is 34.
