It is given that kinetic energy (K.E.) of the body is 20 J.
Mass of the body (m) is 100 g
m=100×10-3 kg
m=0.1 kg
The formula for kinetic energy (K.E.) is
     K.E.=12mv2
20 =12×0.1×v2
400=v2
v=20 m/s
We know that, momentum (P) is the product of mass of the object (m) and its velocity(v). Mathematically,                                P=m×v
P=0.1×20
P=2 kgm/s
Hence, the momentum of the body is 2 m/s
