Detailed Solution

Concept- Malleable means that its structure can be easily modified by applying external pressure.
Some materials have a malleability property that causes them to modify their original structure when subjected to pressure. These are the materials that can be hammered or rolled into thin sheets under high pressure. Metals have the highest malleability attribute of any material on the planet. Even within these metals, the malleability characteristic varies from metal to metal.
Silver, aluminium, tin, platinum, zinc, iron, lead, copper, nickel, and gold are some of the most malleable metals. Gold is thought to be the most malleable of these. The basic unit of gold measurement is grammes (gm). A gram of gold can be distorted into thin sheets with an area of around one square metre. These sheets will be so thin that they will become translucent, or semi-transparent. As a result of this property, gold has become so useful and expensive that it is worn as jewellery and even utilised as a shielding agent for dangerous radiations.
As a result, gold is the most malleable metal.
Additional Information: Malleable metals are also ductile in nature. Ductility is the process of stretching or straining a material into thin wires before it breaks. Gold, silver, platinum, iron, nickel, copper, aluminium, zinc, tin, and lead are the most ductile metals.
Hence, the correct answer is option 3.
