Detailed Solution

The Napoleonic Code was exported to the regions under French control.
In the vast expanse of territories under his rule, Napoleon began to implement many of the reforms he had introduced in France. With the return of the monarchy, Napoleon, no doubt, had undermined democracy in France, but in the administration, he had imposed the principles of reform to make the whole system rational and efficient. The Civil Code of 1804 (commonly known as the Napoleonic Code) abolished all birth control rights, established equality before the law, and guaranteed property rights. This code was sent to the French-controlled regions. In the Dutch Republic, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany, Napoleon facilitated administrative separation, abolished the feudal system, and freed farmers from paying for serfdom and manorial.
